Converting a garage into an ADU
WIth the help of an experienced tradesman, I built a cozy little home. This was made for the homeowner’s daughter, but plans change & she wound up relocating for a dream job. It was built with lots of care and thoughtfulness for living in a small space.
Everything was picked out by this Father/Daughter combo. They wanted the look to be: Wood, Stone, Dragons & Bog Witch.

How it started

How it started.

The door had to be moved to make room for the bathroom.

Side corner. An awning is going there.

Backside of the garage. A lot of dirt had to be hauled out of here.

Rear corner

Front corner

The shower is going right there

A future living room and sleeping nook. With a big ole' pile of work in the way.
