Do you do small jobs? Yes, I do small jobs and Handyman work as well as larger renovations.

Do you do free estimates? I am happy to provide free professional advice and guidance via email or phone. For an initial site visit, I ask $50 for time and gas.

What areas do you work in? I work in Portland and it’s outlying communities. Unfortunately I am not licensed to work in Washington.

What do you charge for small repairs? I charge $175 for the first 2 hours, $350/half day, $700/full day. Larger jobs I will submit a proposal.

Is there a charge for materials? 20% is added to any materials I purchase and deliver. You may choose to supply your own materials.

How can I pay? Cash, Check, Venmo or Zelle. Credit Cards accepted via PayPal with a 3.5% fee.

When is payment required? For small jobs, I will write you a bill upon completion of work. For multi-day jobs, I request 24 hours to provide an invoice. I request payment within 15 days. Larger jobs will include payment terms.

What is your availability like? An initial visit and estimate, I can usually schedule within a week. Planning and acquiring parts and materials may require additional time, but many small jobs and repairs can be completed within 3 weeks. If you need something sooner, just ask.

Can I book you for my Spring/Summer 2024 project? Yes, however I will not be available 4/20-5/20.

When do you work? M-F 8-5. Nights, weekends, and emergency services available with a service charge.

I have a dog that will bark at you the entire time you are here, are you OK with that? Yes, that’s fine.
